@sennheiser has ALWAYS taken good care of customers. I don't buy anything else just because I know how reliable their product is and how much they stand behind it. They are always my first choice, headphones, mics, in ear-monitoring systems, and everything else...
Yea man. We had 2 broken ones at the church that we sent in for repair and they send back brand new ones. I also had mine which were the old version that are like 10 years old and had the cushions falling off. They still worked, but I sent them in to get touched up and Sennheiser just sent me a brand new set for the repair fee. Can't beat that.
