This rosewood/spruce acoustic blends sonic power and aesthetic refinement into an incredible next-generation Dreadnought. Voicing nuances boost the all-around tonal output, not only in the lows and mids, but noticeably in the strong treble punch, which pickers will love. The contoured ebony armrest adds a level of playing comfort that's especially noticeable with the Dreadnought shape, since the wider waist tends to cause the guitar to sit slightly high on a player's lap. Rich aesthetic details include ebony binding, koa purfling, and a mix of abalone and mother-of-pearl inlay and trim work. Taylor's onboard Expression System® 2 pickup and preamp translate all that robust power into well-defined amplified tone. The guitar ships in a Taylor deluxe hardshell case.
