The Celebrity® Collection Celebrity® Elite® Super Shallow Sunburst

This Celebrity Elite is a more streamlined version of Ovation’s Plus model. This model pays tribute to the original Ovation colors that have been with us from the beginning. The CE48-1 features the classic Ovation sunburst finish. The Elite multi-soundhole design provides clear highs, as well as focused, and balanced bass response. Features include a spruce top with laser-cut epaulettes, a satin-finish neck, and an Ovangkol fretboard and bridge. The Lyrachord composite, super shallow body is comfortable standing or sitting and provides crisp tone and excellent projection. The Celebrity Elite includes an Ovation Slimline pickup and OP-4BT preamp system with three-band EQ, volume/gain control, onboard tuner and low-battery light. Together, the body, top and sound holes create the classic Ovation Elite sound: resonance and balance, full projection, remarkable note clarity, and nuanced tonal complexity.
