With a revitalized approach to aesthetics and sound, the Taylor 912e 12-fret brings a flash of artful panache to the 900 line of small-body guitars. The shapely, compact Grand Concert body is designed for a comfortable, friendly playing experience, with a slightly shorter 24 7-8" scale length provides a smooth, responsive hand feel that invites experimentation and playful technique, while the hand-carved ebony armrest prevents arm fatigue. Composed of a solid Sitka spruce top and solid Indian rosewood back and sides, the 912e 12-fret sings with the articulation and clarity native to a small body Taylor, plus enough warmth and punch from the lows and mids to back this a truly balanced, versatile instrument. Protein glues and a thin gloss finish enhance the resonance of this already vocal instrument, while the ES2 electronics push this guitar's voice to the forefront of any mix. It ships in a deluxe Taylor hardshell case.
