Stealth Floyd FM - Dime Slime w/Case

Dean Guitars Stealth Floyd FM - Dime Slime w/Case on RigShare
been told by the most respected and life long experienced musicians that I've indeed been chosen as one of our world's selected unknown, most uniquely talented, one of a kind musicians that was born to shred & express this beauty..such sound expressed from not just the guitar but Dean Guitars. My very first git box was a Dean before I even knew what kinda weapon I possessed. Something about the sound of that old school razor distortion Lance Abbot used in the entire Pantera "CFH" album including Panteras "still" new found power track "The Will To Survive" just had me obsessed from the start & over 25 years later never has turned my ears, interest or heart the other way. The effect on me that Dean Guitars products has is serious. I could have Randy Rhoads (forgive me rand man) play the same heavy, heavily melodic and clean tune for me on the Jackson, BCRich, Ibanez, etc and no matter how much I love the tune, the sound produced by every Dean made instrument is not comparabe with the other makes (to me!) which ALL sound so beautiful just not the same. For those heavy killer metal riffs, Dean has stole my heart and catches my attention unmistakably everyone I hear one. I believe the more love, respect, appreciation and understanding of anyones chosen instrument has an expression of its own. What tunes that have been brought to life by me are well appreciated and inspiring to those who can feel such emotion, story, background, and life I'm able to express so well with detail and imagination if you will, and it's so well understood not only do to this talent or "gift" of the Gods, but it couldn't be as well expressed and felt by those who have never heard a story well told by a Dean made Guitar. Dean for life baby! I was born into the Dean life without even knowing it and I will take my love, respect, appreciation, and honor of playing Dean made products. Dime sure had the same ear. R.I.P L.A.DB.D and thanks to all those who feel this entry.

Hampton

Vintage Inspiration The Hampton is a 21st-century update of the Supro electric solidbody guitar. The elegant comfort of the 1960’s-era beveled-edge Ozark body shape and the mighty sound of the original field-coil pickups have been enhanced with an ultra-fast satin neck, Tune-o-matic bridge and updated wave tailpiece. The result is a modern player’s instrument with old-school style and authentic Supro tone! Gold Foil Pickups The Hampton’s Gold Foil pickups use the same internal construction as the original “Clear-tone” pickups, providing a massive, broadband sound with remarkably low noise for a single-coil design. The mini-humbucker-sized version of the Supro Gold Foil pickup found in this guitar has the same internal construction as the humbucker-sized versions found in the other Island Series models. The Hampton’s bridge pickup is wound slightly hotter than the others, while the middle pickup is RWRP, providing fully hum-cancelling sound in the “2 and 4” positions of the 5-way blade switch. Modern Construction The time-tested tone-wood recipe of an alder body paired with a 25 ½”-scale maple neck and rosewood fretboard combine with the Hampton’s vintage-correct pickups to produce an exceptionally dynamic playing experience. Blending vintage American tone with refined set-neck design, the Supro Hampton is intended for the professional musician who needs an ergonomic and versatile guitar capable of handling most genres of music with authority. The three pickups cover a huge range of tones, from fat single-coil jazz tones in the neck position to spanky funk tones and sparkling twang in the middle, and pure rock power when the bridge pickup is selected.

Westbury

Vintage Inspiration The Westbury is a 21st-century update of the Supro electric solidbody guitar. Gold Foil Pickups The unique Gold Foil pickups found in the Supro Westbury are faithful reproductions of the original magnetics developed for Valco by Ralph Keller in the early 1950s. These pickups, which gave voice to the vintage Chicago-made Supro guitars, have a massive, broadband sound with remarkably low noise for a single-coil design. The humbucker-sized Gold Foil bridge pickup found in the Westbury is slightly overwound, while the neck pickup is reverse-wound in order to provide fully hum-cancelling sound when the two pickups are combined by selecting the middle position of the 3-way toggle switch. Modern Construction The time-tested tone-wood recipe of an alder body paired with a 25 ½”-scale maple neck and rosewood fretboard combine with the Westbury’s vintage-correct pickups to produce an exceptionally dynamic playing experience. Blending vintage American tone with refined set-neck design, the Supro Westbury is intended for the professional musician who needs an ergonomic and versatile guitar capable of handling most genres of music with authority. The Westbury’s dual-pickup configuration lets the player switch effortlessly between warm, single-coil neck pickup sounds, throaty bridge tones, or a perfectly balanced, parallel combination of both pickups for rhythm work.
