Ecstasy Blue

The Ecstasy amplifier was born in 1992 and decades later Bogner is still hand building each amp, one at a time, right here in Los Angeles, California. The Ecstasy blue pedal captures the classic blue channel tone of this legendary amplifier, acclaimed for its ability to deliver iconic and classic rock-n-roll crunch. Everyone knows that blue delivers stunning Plexi tones, but when the going gets rough, make no mistake - blue can crush on demand. Reinhold designed the Ecstasy blue pedal with four discrete Class A gain stages and with no op-amps or diode clipping, mirroring the circuitry of the Ecstasy amplifier's blue channel. This revolutionary approach provides clarity, touch sensitivity and note separation never before achieved in overdrive pedals. The Ecstasy blue is powered by a standard 9V battery or 9VDC power supply. Reinhold's advanced circuitry internally elevates the voltage a substantially higher level. This higher voltage provides a greater dynamic range which closely resembles the feel of the Ecstasy amplifier's legendary tube design. Features: True bypass Boost function with independently lit volume and gain controls Master Controls: volume, treble, middle, bass and gain Variac On/Off switch: adds a "dropped voltage" dynamic compression to the feel and sound Mode Switch: Plexi and Blue offers vintage lower gain or modified higher gain levels Pre-Eq Switch: B1, N and B2 settings control "openness" and presence of higher range harmonics Structure Switch: 100, 101 and 20th Anniversary settings offer EQ shifts and gain structures from various eras/models of Ecstasy amplifiers Jacks: input, output and remote. Remote jack allows control of the on/off and boost functions via a remote switching unit Low Battery Indicator: LEDs blink when battery voltage drops below critical threshold. Premium components include: Double sided gold plated circuit boards, German WIMA capacitors, Japanese Nichicon capacitors and gold plated relays, Carling switches and more

Ampli-Firebox

Ampli-Firebox is the world’s first tube amp modeling and cabinet impulse response IR loader in a compact stomp-box Access nine presets instantly using toggle switches – each with their own selectable amp model, custom uploadable cabinet impulse response, and effects settings. Channel switching mode lets you toggle between any two custom presets instantly on the fly via footswitch. Gain and Master control knobs adjust the preamp gain and power amp drive settings just like a physical tube amp. Bass, mids, and treble controls authentically reproduce the tones and (sometimes quirkly) interactions as their physical tube amp counterparts. Presence knob mimics the same brightness control as the feedback circuits found in tube power amps. Overdrive modeler simulates overdrives, fuzz, and clean boost effects. Built in effects including overdrive, delay, reverb, compressor, EQ and gate Dual simultaneous outputs: XLR direct and ¼” outputs. Choose cabinet modeling on XLR only, ¼” only or both to fit your stage or recording hookup needs. USB connectivity allows deep editing, backup/restore of your presets, footswitch customization, and importing AmpliFire / AmpliFire12 presets via the free Ampli-Firebox Editor software available for Windows and Mac OSX. And, of course, the world renown and patented tube amplifier modeling brought to you by Studio Devil Virtual Tube Amp Technology. Transform your pedal board into a direct/recording solution. Leave the amp at home and go direct with Ampli-Firebox! Preset compatible with AmpliFIRE line of products

Ecstasy Red

The Ecstasy amplifier was born in 1992 and decades later Bogner is still hand building each amp, one at a time, right here in Los Angeles, California. The Ecstasy red pedal captures the mystical red channel tone of this legendary amplifier, famous for its incendiary higher gain crunch and lead tones. Using interactive controls to adjust gain and EQ settings, the red pedal delivers a wide range of expressive tones from vintage overdrive to ripping modern high gain. Ideal for aggressive playing styles, the red pedal boasts the outrageous heavy tones that get Bogner amps into the backlines of rock's most notable players. Reinhold designed the Ecstasy red pedal with five discrete Class A gain stages and with no op-amps or diode clipping, mirroring the circuitry of the Ecstasy amplifier's red channel. This revolutionary approach provides clarity, touch sensitivity and note separation never before achieved in overdrive pedals. The Ecstasy red is powered by a standard 9V battery or 9VDC power supply. Reinhold's advanced circuitry internally elevates the voltage a substantially higher level.
